Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic enterprise sales, business development, or account management within healthcare technology, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven success managing and achieving individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including provider operations, patient access, coding, billing, and claims.
  • Demonstrated experience selling or supporting RCM transformation, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and BPO sourcing.
  • Established network of healthcare industry contacts and relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Experience engaging senior executives in strategic discussions regarding healthcare transformation.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to shape complex solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, technical experts, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–50% as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for providers, payers, PBMs, and service companies.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify and close new business for consulting, digital transformation, AI, and managed services engagements.
  • Establish relationships with senior healthcare executives including CIOs, COOs, and CFOs.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to lead complex sales pursuits.
  • Develop account strategies and go-to-market initiatives to expand market reach.
  • Support the creation of new healthcare offerings based on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Represent the organization through industry events, conferences, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and business development forecasts.
  • Partner with marketing teams to maximize lead generation.
