Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Finance, Consulting, or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proven experience developing forecasting models, executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategic planning through execution.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience working within CRM and revenue technology ecosystems, particularly Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, business reports, and performance metrics.
- Analyze revenue, pipeline, client, and operational data to identify trends and strategic recommendations.
- Build and refine forecasting models, scenario planning tools, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Partner with Revenue, Finance, Client Services, and Operations leaders to support planning processes.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable operational programs, workflows, and governance practices.
- Support the design and management of sales incentive compensation programs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving process improvements, systems optimization, and operational transformation.
- Present complex analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
