Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Finance, Consulting, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Gong, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience building forecasting models and executive dashboards.
- Experience building performance reporting frameworks.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within CRM and revenue technology ecosystems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business performance insights.
- Analyze revenue, pipeline, client, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Build forecasting models and performance measurement frameworks to support strategic planning.
- Partner with leaders across Revenue, Finance, and Operations to improve forecasting accuracy and business visibility.
- Drive quarterly and annual planning processes through scenario modeling and business analysis.
- Design and implement programs that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Support the development and ongoing management of incentive compensation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational transformation.
- Establish governance, documentation, and adoption strategies.
- Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
