Requirements
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Two or more years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Ability to research, analyze, and document information accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Ability to present information clearly to management, business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based tools.
- Comfort working with CRM, document management, and operational systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze dealer documentation, including ACH updates, company name changes, DBA changes, agreements, and related business records.
- Verify dealer information and complete required ownership verification and confirmation calls.
- Accurately enter and update dealer data across internal systems, including uploading supporting documentation and maintaining complete records.
- Review documents through digital signing platforms, assist users with technical issues, and escalate platform concerns when necessary.
- Document all activities, updates, and findings according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Communicate with dealers, customers, internal teams, and management to resolve documentation issues and requests.
- Contact dealers regarding missing documentation, compliance requirements, stipulations, licensing, insurance, and other outstanding items.
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors within dealer records and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle escalated dealer inquiries by providing accurate information and coordinating timely resolutions.
