Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies.
- At least 3 years working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
- Fluent in German and English with the ability to manage commercial negotiations and executive relationships in both.
- Strong understanding of the German, Austrian, and Swiss technology and consulting ecosystem.
- Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and scaling high-performing consulting or agency partners.
- Demonstrable experience owning partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets.
- Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and the broader AI landscape.
- Ability to create programs and processes from scratch with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, qualify, and recruit high-potential consulting firms, systems integrators, and digital agencies across DACH.
- Develop and deliver onboarding, enablement, and certification programs for partners.
- Create reusable resources like playbooks, toolkits, and templates to scale partner operations.
- Build, track, and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to execute co-selling motions and joint account plans.
- Represent n8n at industry events and drive regional go-to-market initiatives.
- Advocate for partner needs internally to shape product priorities and partner programs.
