Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership within manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B technology environments.
- Proven success in growing service-based revenue and leading P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of MRO operations and product development services.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience in pricing, forecasting, and business modeling.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience in customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to champion a growth mindset and build high-performing, agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and P&L for MRO and PD Services to drive sustainable growth, margin expansion, and customer loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets, developing service-based revenue streams.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build and position MRO and PD offerings in the market.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment between service delivery and business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams across MRO and PD functions.
- Implement scalable processes for service delivery, project execution, and lifecycle support.
