Responsibilities
- Consult with customers by phone or video to understand their home, project goals, and comfort needs.
- Utilize proprietary design software and internal tools to build and evaluate heating and cooling system recommendations.
- Explain the trade-offs between comfort, cost, efficiency, aesthetics, and installation complexity clearly to customers.
- Ask thoughtful questions to guide customers toward equipment that best fits their priorities.
- Prepare accurate design summaries to ensure orders are finalized correctly.
- Support customers through the decision-making process to ensure they feel informed and confident.
