Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (degree in Teaching or Education preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Enthusiastic about education and helping students succeed.
- Empathetic towards parents' needs and concerns.
- High level of responsiveness to tasks and deadlines.
- Professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs.
- Address client inquiries regarding course offerings, schedules, teaching methods, and registration.
- Engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce courses.
- Build relationships with parents to understand academic needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Develop and execute plans to meet enrollment targets and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor sales performance and refine strategies to achieve optimal results.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
