Requirements
- Experience in active sales, call centers, or internal sales departments is ideal.
- Passionate about service solutions with high self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a positive, professional, and persuasive phone demeanor.
- Aptitude for identifying customer needs and translating them into successful sales.
- Customer and service-oriented work approach with enjoyment of telephone communication.
- Solid MS Office proficiency and openness to learning new IT systems.
- Excellent German language skills are required.

Responsibilities
- Manage active new customer acquisition and maintain existing client relationships within your assigned sales territory.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with high engagement and motivation.
- Identify customer needs and provide information on product novelties and service offerings.
- Develop tailored, individualized sales offers based on specific customer requirements.
- Document all activities consistently in the CRM/ERP system.
- Manage complaint resolution by providing customer-oriented solutions.
