- Own revenue targets and personally contribute a book of business during the initial player-coach phase.
- Build and execute sales coaching infrastructure including pipeline reviews, deal strategy, and playbooks.
- Provide mentorship to the sales team to ensure consistent performance against goals.
- Partner with VP of Growth on quota-setting, forecasting, and evolving sales motions.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure effective management of inbound leads.
- Represent the sales team in cross-functional discussions regarding product, pricing, and market feedback.
- Attend and represent Osmind at industry conferences and events (quarterly travel).
- Utilize AI tools like Gong and Claude to optimize selling and coaching efficiency.
