Requirements

  • 6-8 years of inside sales experience in healthcare SaaS or services.
  • Proven experience selling into independent medical practices or similar buyers.
  • 1+ year of formal sales management experience with strong reviews.
  • Proven player-coach experience or explicit readiness to build sales systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve team-wide close rates through structured coaching and accountability.
  • Experience managing both SMB and midmarket sales motions.
  • Data-driven approach with expertise in pipeline conversion, velocity, and ARR metrics.
  • Startup experience in Series A through C companies.
  • High level of accountability and autonomy in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience selling EHR, RCM, or practice management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets and personally contribute a book of business during the initial player-coach phase.
  • Build and execute sales coaching infrastructure including pipeline reviews, deal strategy, and playbooks.
  • Provide mentorship to the sales team to ensure consistent performance against goals.
  • Partner with VP of Growth on quota-setting, forecasting, and evolving sales motions.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure effective management of inbound leads.
  • Represent the sales team in cross-functional discussions regarding product, pricing, and market feedback.
  • Attend and represent Osmind at industry conferences and events (quarterly travel).
  • Utilize AI tools like Gong and Claude to optimize selling and coaching efficiency.
