Requirements
- 1-2 years of interior design internship or assistant level professional experience.
- Strong administrative skills and experience following internal processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence with openness to feedback and coaching.
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering platforms, Quickbooks Online, Studio Designer, or Basecamp is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage tasks across 2-3 projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Maintain all project information and daily updates in Basecamp.
- Create and prepare design proposals and client presentations.
- Develop AutoCAD plans including floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage orders, gather quotes, and resolve project issues.
- Maintain vendor database, sample library, and client FF&E binders.
- Assist with onsite project installations, site visits, and furniture inspections.
- Document and track time accurately using company and client software.
