Interior Design Assistant

Manage tasks across 2-3 projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Maintain all project information and daily updates in Basecamp.
Create and prepare design proposals and client presentations.
Develop AutoCAD plans including floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans.
Coordinate with vendors to manage orders, gather quotes, and resolve project issues.
Maintain vendor database, sample library, and client FF&E binders.
Assist with onsite project installations, site visits, and furniture inspections.
Document and track time accurately using company and client software.
