Requirements
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work in crypto or Web3.
- Deep understanding of Web3.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Proficient in AI creative tools for asset generation (e.g., Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney).
- Proficiency in classic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Ability to work asynchronously in a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Shape visual identity and drive design production across the client roster.
- Translate design briefs into polished, on-brand visuals, decks, social assets, and campaign creative.
- Execute design work from initial concept through final export.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and fellow Graphic Designers.
- Utilize AI tools alongside traditional design software to accelerate asset generation.
