Requirements
- Experience owning a CRM, market intelligence, or deal intelligence database.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Proven experience building data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
- Expertise in entity resolution and data quality management.
- Strong understanding of database schema design and data modeling.
- Experience working with relational databases for knowledge graphs.
- Ability to design systems for long-term scalability.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and agentic data retrieval workflows.
- Bonus: Experience with pgvector and embeddings.
- Bonus: Experience with funding-round or news ingestion at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, scale, and maintain the primary database to serve as the single source of truth.
- Build and optimize data ingestion and enrichment pipelines for company and investor data.
- Develop and maintain the knowledge graph using node and edge tables in Postgres.
- Implement data quality controls including validation, deduplication, and entity resolution.
- Manage the communications layer by storing and linking raw email and call transcripts.
- Ensure system performance and scalability for AI agent data retrieval.
