- Experience with shipped game titles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and product-to-market fit.
- Proven experience owning roadmaps, KPIs, and playtest cycles.
- Experience leading green-light evaluations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and forecasting skills.
- Experience working with Creative, Production, and Engineering partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead concept evaluation, market analysis, and green-light processes.
- Develop product briefs, ROI rationales, and business justifications.
- Maintain product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and delivery milestones.
- Drive cross-functional communication and alignment across production teams.
- Partner with Marketing and Analytics to develop launch strategies and product positioning.
- Monitor live KPIs and player feedback to iterate on post-launch performance.
- Evolve studio green-light frameworks and documentation templates.
