Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school.
- Admitted to a US state bar in good standing.
- Strong academic background.
- 1-2 years of experience with EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, and RFEs preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to independently work on daily tasks with minimal supervision.
- High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn across various practice areas.
Responsibilities
- Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters.
- Develop an expert-level understanding of client cases, preparing immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.
- Manage various projects and deadlines, preparing and revising legal documents.
- Explain legal terminology to clients succinctly and in a timely manner.
- Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
- Provide training to client companies and individuals on substantive legal topics.
- Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding case strategy.
- Supervise the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation.
