Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school.
  • Admitted to a US state bar in good standing.
  • Strong academic background.
  • 1-2 years of experience with EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, and RFEs preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to independently work on daily tasks with minimal supervision.
  • High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn across various practice areas.

Responsibilities

  • Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters.
  • Develop an expert-level understanding of client cases, preparing immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.
  • Manage various projects and deadlines, preparing and revising legal documents.
  • Explain legal terminology to clients succinctly and in a timely manner.
  • Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
  • Provide training to client companies and individuals on substantive legal topics.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding case strategy.
  • Supervise the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation.
