Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in your state of residence.
- Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or inbound/outbound phone experience.
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM EST.
- Must have a dedicated workspace lacking interruptions.
- Must meet minimum home internet requirements (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
Responsibilities
- Support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing medications.
- Perform moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.
- Contact physicians for prescription clarification and enter orders into the system.
- Support patients and pharmacists by ensuring adherence to operational processes and programs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and providers to optimize health outcomes.
