Requirements
- 3+ years of building and shipping hard, complex products.
- Ability to quickly deconstruct complex systems such as APIs, ledgers, and financial routing.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities with experience reading technical documentation and API payloads.
- Proven track record of high-impact execution and working with high ownership.
- Ability to design systems and debate architectural tradeoffs with engineers.
- Deep pride in work quality and a relentless, proactive work ethic.
- Experience in technical product management is preferred.
- Exposure to Web3 environments is preferred but not strictly required.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration strategy for Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) and Web3 Wallets to expand Mesh's footprint.
- Partner with Head of Core and engineers to ensure scalable, standardized, and secure routing logic.
- Write technical specifications and map out edge cases for new connections.
- Optimize and automate operational workflows using modern tools like AI and scripts.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to prioritize integrations and meet enterprise SLAs.
- Identify and fix broken processes and unblock engineering teams as the core execution engine.
