Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales
- Engineering-first approach and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large complex enterprises in a high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security
- Experience managing data pipelines through the data lifecycle
- Ability to develop new use-cases for reducing, reusing, enriching, and routing data
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%-20%)
- Must reside in Chicago or St. Louis
- Experience with Data Engineering/Analytics platforms like Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or Snowflake (preferred)
- Technical understanding of Customer Success Platforms like GainSight or PlanHat (preferred)
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted, strategic and technical advisor to customers, driving the entire Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management to drive Enablement, Adoption, and Value plans
- Drive adoption and value while inspiring/discovering additional opportunities for Cribl value
- Recommend use case initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for certification and training
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer
- Track customer metrics and platform usage to ensure observability of the customer base and identify health signals
- Mentor and coach team members within the Customer Experience organization
