Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite in an implementation or end-user capacity.
- Demonstrated understanding of business process improvement and industry best practices.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently solve problems and explore solutions.
- Ability to hit project milestones and maintain proactive communication regarding project status.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in at least one industry vertical such as Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Services/Construction, Field Service Management, or Software/Technology.
- Ability to travel for client on-site needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to capture complex requirements and translate them into efficient business processes.
- Drive end-to-end implementation and configuration of NetSuite, including ecosystem integrations.
- Perform testing on system configurations and processes to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Manage the transformation, migration, and integration of client data.
- Develop testing and training programs and lead client sessions.
- Produce professional project deliverables, including functional requirement and technical specification documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project workstreams and manage client expectations and risks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
