- Provide best-practice guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud module business processes.
- Perform hands-on configuration across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Research, design, and execute the Oracle application through testing and implementation.
- Facilitate business process prototype workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
- Manage client-facing communications, articulating strategy and complex requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project plan alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and user validation of developed solutions.
