Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience working with NetSuite (implementation or end-user).
- Understanding of business process improvement and ability to apply leading practices.
- Demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to team collaboration.
- Ability to travel for client on-site needs.
- Commitment to meeting project milestones and proactive escalation of blockers.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to capture complex requirements and translate them into efficient business processes.
- Drive end-to-end implementation and configuration of NetSuite, ensuring alignment with ecosystem integrations.
- Perform system validation testing to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Manage the transformation, migration, and integration of client data.
- Develop testing and training programs and lead client sessions to ensure adoption.
- Produce high-quality professional project deliverables, including functional and technical specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact, manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and build client trust.
- Provide mentorship and professional development guidance to junior consultants.
