Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex technology projects with responsibility for teams, budgets, schedules, scope, and deliverables.
- Experience managing teams of approximately 10–20 resources across multiple workstreams, including offshore and geographically distributed teams.
- Extensive experience delivering medium- and enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce products and implementation methodologies.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Consultant, Developer, or Architect credentials.
- Extensive external consulting experience, including CRM consulting, client engagement, solution delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to configure Salesforce and perform declarative development and customization tasks.
- Experience managing complex enterprise integrations and data migration engagements.
- Experience with hybrid waterfall and agile delivery models, project lifecycle standards, stage-gate reviews, and formal change management.
- Capabilities in financial oversight, resource planning, project estimation, scope management, and contractual delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver project outcomes on schedule and within budget while managing risks and competing priorities.
- Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones, including non-traditional working hours when required.
- Preferred experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare, and with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Salesforce Health Cloud.
- PMP and Certified ScrumMaster certifications are beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, strategic technology implementations and oversee project teams and deliverables.
- Create project schedules, track milestones, adjust plans, and resolve delivery issues.
- Coordinate implementation activities, documentation, status reporting, and resource allocation.
- Lead teams of approximately 10–20 resources across multiple workstreams, including offshore teams.
- Manage project budgets, resource requirements, statements of work, contractual obligations, and change orders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Establish stage-gate reviews and apply lifecycle methodologies and delivery governance.
- Facilitate requirements discussions and develop project plans and estimates.
- Oversee Salesforce implementations, system integrations, and data migration initiatives.
- Coordinate waterfall and agile practices and maintain communication with clients, technical teams, and delivery leadership.
