Requirements
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience (configuration, implementation, consulting, administration, support, and escalations).
- Deep knowledge of ERP best practices.
- Familiarity with common application integrations via Celigo, Boomi, and FarApp for platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Salesforce, 3PL, and Payroll systems.
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 consultants working across multiple engagements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience successfully managing client interactions.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certification (heavily preferred).
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert and key contributor to service transition and service delivery for assigned accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing requests within defined SLAs across typically 3-6 projects.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify process improvements, quality of service, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as primary lead and Technical Account Manager (TAM) for key accounts.
- Review contracts, monitor project billings, renewals, and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and act as a subject matter expert for the team on technical and functional skill sets.
- Design dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators for customer environments.
- Manage teams across multiple geographic regions.
