Requirements
- Have extensive experience with the NetSuite standard and Advanced Manufacturing modules.
- Understand NetSuite WIP and Routing functionality.
- Understand NetSuite Manufacturing or Advanced Manufacturing functionality, including capacity planning and finite scheduling.
- Have experience with Advanced Manufacturing Workbenches setup and Advanced Manufacturing Tablet Setup.
- Understand NetSuite inventory costing methods, including standard costing.
- Previous Advanced Manufacturing implementation experience is a plus.
- Be able to lead and understand clients’ manufacturing terminology.
- Understand BOM structures and their relationship to the work order build process.
- Be able to define and gather requirements for the NetSuite Manufacturing module.
- Be able to guide customers through warehouse transactions, including inventory adjustments, worksheets, inventory transfers, bin transfers, bin put-away sheets, replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Understand NetSuite-supported replenishment methods, including time-phase replenishment, Material Requirements Planning, and reorder points.
- Be willing to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Participate in business process mapping, including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, and development of system tests, procedures, and documentation.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations.
- Document engagements through design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, system deployment documents, and system integration and interface documents.
- Provide decision support to clients, monitor issues and risks, and create mitigation plans.
- Manage full life-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from technical, functional, and/or organizational change management perspectives.
- Support remote-first operations, digital collaboration, paperless workflows, and recycling initiatives.
