Requirements
- Have experience with end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
- Lead implementation and configuration of nonprofit-specific NetSuite modules, including Fund Accounting, Grant Management, Revenue Restriction Management, Pledge Management, and Fundraising.
- Understand nonprofit segmentation and overall financial structures.
- Have experience with nonprofit SuiteApps, including Labor Expense Allocation.
- Understand nonprofit-sector needs and processes and translate them into customized NetSuite solutions.
- Facilitate data migration from existing systems to NetSuite and configure nonprofit module requirements.
- Provide training to nonprofit staff on NetSuite modules.
- Develop and standardize nonprofit operating procedures within NetSuite.
- Coordinate with technical teams during module design, testing, and implementation.
- Provide post-implementation support and consultancy to nonprofit clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for nonprofit clients, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
- Understand nonprofit business processes and requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Provide consultancy and technical support during and after implementation.
- Use NetSuite to improve nonprofit operational efficiency and financial reporting.
- Develop standardized nonprofit operating procedures in NetSuite.
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders during design and testing.
- Train nonprofit staff to use NetSuite modules.
