Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 2+ years working with NetSuite (implementation or as an end user).
- Understanding of business process improvement and ability to incorporate leading practices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions.
- Commitment to hitting major project milestones.
- Proactive outreach to project team members on work status and task completion.
- Ability to travel on-site for client needs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery sessions to capture complex requirements and translate them into efficient business processes.
- Perform end-to-end implementation and configuration of NetSuite.
- Perform testing on system configuration and processes to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Drive the transformation, migration, and integration of client data to NetSuite.
- Support comprehensive testing and training programs.
- Produce high-quality project deliverables, including functional requirement documents and technical specifications.
- Maintain professional communication, manage escalations, and build long-term client trust.
