Requirements
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience.
- Proven experience with 8+ full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants across multiple engagements.
- Proficiency with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk).
- Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, or consulting services.
- Extensive familiarity with data migration plans, procedures, and Go-Live cutover loads.
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certifications (heavily preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of up to 10 consultants and analysts for end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
- Act as a hands-on sponsor, architect, or project manager on strategic client engagements.
- Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and process mapping workshops.
- Lead full-cycle NetSuite project phases including plan, design, build, verify, deploy, and support.
- Manage project scope, requirements, and budget allocations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions.
- Perform fit/gap analysis and define data migration strategies.
- Oversee testing activities including UAT, SIT, and end-user training.
- Support business development and project scoping initiatives.
