Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS deployments.
- Have experience working with industrial customers in sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, chemicals, power, or heavy industry.
- Have experience deploying industrial analytics, APM, predictive maintenance, or AI solutions.
- Bring strong program or project management skills managing complex enterprise deployments.
- Be able to engage technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Have experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and data science.
- Background in reliability engineering, operations, or industrial digital transformation is a plus.
- Experience with APM platforms, industrial IoT, or predictive maintenance solutions is a plus.
- CMRP, Six Sigma, or reliability-framework certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own customer success, adoption, and value realization across enterprise accounts.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to deploy and scale UptimeAI solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and technical teams.
- Lead deployment programs for industrial AI solutions.
- Facilitate technical workshops and solution architecture discussions.
- Translate AI insights into actionable operational improvements.
- Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on strategic customer opportunities.
- Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities based on realized value.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams and represent customer needs internally.
