Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience.
- Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative.
- Track record of successful enterprise-level project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, regulatory compliance, and technology-enabled processes.
- Develop improvement strategies and align organizational priorities and resources with business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects through requirements gathering, solution design, planning, resourcing, budgeting, configuration, testing, implementation, deployment, and go-live.
- Establish project governance and use project management tools and techniques to support controlled, low-risk implementations.
- Maintain project documentation, including action items, issues, risk mitigation plans, success metrics, testing materials, and implementation readiness materials.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders through executive summaries, presentations, dashboards, and reports.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and align business, technology, operational, and vendor teams.
- Lead cross-functional solution design, governance, testing, and implementation readiness meetings.
- Translate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Track project success metrics, implementation outcomes, and business value realization.
