Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions.
- 4+ years of implementation experience with Planning and Budgeting.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS modules: financials, workforce, capital, and projects.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules.
- Working knowledge of FP&A, financial close, and planning/forecasting business processes.
- Project management experience planning implementation activities for Oracle Cloud.
- Functional experience facilitating design workshops and completing functional designs.
- Proven ability to provide Oracle Cloud process guidance, training, and test plan execution.
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly and provide bug fixes and customer support.
- Ability to effectively work in a remote model with customers and peers.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client on-site needs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining project scope, work effort estimates, and resource requirements.
- Help customers align business processes with Oracle's industry standards.
- Partner with clients to design and create prototypes, communicating options and rationale.
- Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions, managing service requests to closure.
- Identify project risks, evaluate options, and execute remediation strategies.
- Coach and lead client and internal project resources to ensure quality delivery.
- Continuously improve delivery models and assets to enhance project efficiency.
- Achieve and maintain Oracle Cloud implementation certifications.
