Requirements
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience.
- Must have completed 8+ full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
- Must have completed 4+ warehousing or manufacturing specific implementations.
- Strong proficiency with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk).
- Extensive experience with data migration plans, procedures, and Go-Live cutover data loads.
- Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, and consulting services.
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage client and team interactions in a virtual environment.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certifications are heavily preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects including project management, scope, and budget oversight.
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients on complex warehousing and manufacturing business processes.
- Mentor and develop junior staff while helping build the Materials Handling Operations department.
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, and future-state design.
- Perform functional system configuration, fit/gap analysis, and technical design documentation.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Systems Interface Testing (SIT), and End User Training (EUT).
- Define data migration strategy and execute cutover data loads.
- Provide post-go-live support and contribute to go-to-market and knowledge management initiatives.
