Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience shipping native mobile products (iOS/Android) at scale.
  • Deep expertise in building habit-forming loops, push notification programs, and personalization systems.
  • Fluency in iOS (HIG) and Android (Material Design) platform capabilities and constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and attribution tools like Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, or AppsFlyer.
  • Operational familiarity with mobile release management, feature flags, and crash monitoring.
  • Strong data fluency, including defining success metrics and performing cohort analysis.
  • Experience in both iterative, experiment-driven approaches and zero-to-one initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals.
  • Ideally, experience with marketplace, ticketing, or consumer apps in entertainment/sports/travel.
  • Ideally, experience with products leveraging machine learning or AI-powered personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for SeatGeek’s native iOS and Android apps, creating a cohesive experience from first open to post-event.
  • Build and execute a roadmap driving repeat engagement, including push notification strategy, personalization, and loyalty mechanics.
  • Drive execution across iterative tests and larger initiatives to grow MAU, session frequency, and retention.
  • Partner with marketing and CRM to align in-app experiences with owned-channel campaigns.
  • Own App Store and Google Play presence, including ASO strategy, keyword strategy, and ratings management.
  • Collaborate with engineering and analytics on release cadence, app health, and performance monitoring.
  • Stay current with mobile platform trends, including HIG, Material Design, AI, and on-device intelligence.
  • Mentor junior product team members and contribute to team culture.
