Requirements
- 2+ years in provider-data management, payer/network operations, or healthcare data quality.
- Direct experience updating payer directories via Availity, CAQH, or payer-specific portals.
- Strong working knowledge of Type 1/2 NPIs, NPPES, CAQH ProView, taxonomy codes, and telehealth designations.
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, reconciliation).
- Familiarity with no-code automation, JSON/XML, and SQL is a plus.
- Experience with UTM tracking and product analytics (PostHog).
- Ability to manage complex, multi-system data reconciliation and maintain precise evidence logs.
- Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder and payer coordination.
Responsibilities
- Own provider-directory accuracy and growth metrics across all payers, states, and surfaces.
- Build and maintain an authoritative provider-data source of truth.
- Reconcile data against NPPES, CAQH, payer portals, and internal systems.
- Audit directory visibility and accuracy from a patient's perspective.
- Submit and track corrections via payer workflows until verified live.
- Instrument and validate directory funnels using tools like PostHog.
- Build weekly reporting on inventory, search visibility, and directory-sourced revenue.
