Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant SEM experience at a fast-paced consumer technology company.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale acquisition channels and significant budgets ($XX–XXXM+ annually).
- Deep technical expertise in the SEM tech stack, including bidding, measurement, attribution, tracking, and feed management.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-visibility cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent quantitative discipline.
- Passion for adopting AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
Responsibilities
- Lead Airbnb's global Host SEM program across major search platforms (Google, Bing, and emerging channels).
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Host SEM, aligning investment strategy and budget allocation with business priorities.
- Design, execute, and scale experiments across bidding, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and measurement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply, Data Science, Engineering, Brand, Creative, and Finance teams.
- Own end-to-end reporting for the program, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Leverage AI, automation, and marketing technologies to improve optimization and operational efficiency.
