Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Strong program management fundamentals: planning, sequencing, milestone/dependency tracking, and risk management.
- Systems thinker with experience creating playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and run effective meetings.
- Comfortable with technical concepts including product development lifecycles, integrations, and APIs.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
- Collaborative mindset with high empathy and high accountability.
- Experience in digital health or high-growth startups is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, or Notion is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Program-manage product and technical initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Build and maintain project plans, map dependencies, track risks, and ensure predictable timelines.
- Translate business, clinical, or partner requests into actionable requirements.
- Support operating rhythms including quarterly planning, goal setting, and roadmap reviews.
- Strengthen feedback loops and processes between Product & Tech and cross-functional teams.
- Administer and improve operational tooling like project trackers, documentation, and dashboards.
- Ensure initiatives reach long-term optimization and post-launch success.
