3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Strong program management fundamentals: planning, sequencing, milestone/dependency tracking, and risk management.
Systems thinker with experience creating playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes.
Clear communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and run effective meetings.
Comfortable with technical concepts including product development lifecycles, integrations, and APIs.
Ability to work with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
Collaborative mindset with high empathy and high accountability.
Experience in digital health or high-growth startups is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, or Notion is a plus.

Program-manage product and technical initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data.
Build and maintain project plans, map dependencies, track risks, and ensure predictable timelines.
Translate business, clinical, or partner requests into actionable requirements.
Support operating rhythms including quarterly planning, goal setting, and roadmap reviews.
Strengthen feedback loops and processes between Product & Tech and cross-functional teams.
Administer and improve operational tooling like project trackers, documentation, and dashboards.
Ensure initiatives reach long-term optimization and post-launch success.
