Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Strong program management fundamentals: planning, sequencing, milestone and dependency tracking, and risk management.
- Documentation and systems-oriented thinker with experience creating playbooks and templates.
- Clear communicator able to run effective meetings and provide proactive stakeholder visibility.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in proposing solutions.
- Familiarity with technical product development lifecycles, integrations, APIs, and data.
- Ability to collaborate with high empathy and accountability.
- Growth-minded and eager to lead complex, strategic programs.
Responsibilities
- Program-manage product and technical initiatives from scoping through launch and post-launch.
- Build and maintain project plans, map cross-team dependencies, and track risks.
- Translate business, clinical, or partner requests into clear, actionable requirements.
- Support quarterly planning, goal setting, roadmap reviews, and launch readiness.
- Improve alignment, communication, and processes between Product & Tech teams and cross-functional counterparts.
- Track performance metrics and prepare updates for leadership.
- Administer and improve operational tooling, project trackers, and documentation systems.
