Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in applied user research, experience research, or product research.
- Degree in behavioral or social sciences such as HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proficiency with research and analytics tools such as Qualtrics, dscout, R, SPSS, or Python.
- Proven ability to build research frameworks, measurement systems, or scalable research programs.
- Strong AI fluency with experience using AI tools for research workflows.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and reliability.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping product strategy.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute mixed-method research strategies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Define research agendas by identifying high-value questions and customer needs.
- Connect research initiatives to business objectives like engagement and retention.
- Build research frameworks, measurement systems, and strategic models.
