Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer working in complex, high-scale technology environments.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Solid knowledge of software architecture principles, including microservices, event-driven architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience designing and implementing APIs, integrations, automations, and system workflows.
  • Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g., Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3).
  • Ability to act as a technical leader, influencing architecture decisions across multiple teams and initiatives.
  • Experience making technical decisions focused on scalability, performance, reliability, and sustainable engineering practices.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms and hybrid development approaches.
  • Experience with DevOps and SRE practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and observability.
  • Knowledge of GenAI, chatbots, autonomous agents, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical evolution of full-stack solution architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Act as a technical reference across multiple engineering teams, influencing decisions and promoting best practices in software development.
  • Drive significant technical initiatives by helping define, design, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to architectural standards and patterns, including microservices, event-driven architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Clean Architecture.
  • Support the evolution of hybrid development strategies involving traditional engineering approaches and low-code solutions.
  • Design and implement integrations, automations, and critical system workflows while ensuring data reliability, traceability, and integrity.
  • Identify technical risks, architectural bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.
  • Support team growth through code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Improve application quality through better observability, maintainability, and technical standards.
