Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer working in complex, high-scale technology environments.
- Strong full-stack development experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture principles, including microservices, event-driven architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Clean Architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, integrations, automations, and system workflows.
- Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g., Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3).
- Ability to act as a technical leader, influencing architecture decisions across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Experience making technical decisions focused on scalability, performance, reliability, and sustainable engineering practices.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and hybrid development approaches.
- Experience with DevOps and SRE practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and observability.
- Knowledge of GenAI, chatbots, autonomous agents, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical evolution of full-stack solution architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Act as a technical reference across multiple engineering teams, influencing decisions and promoting best practices in software development.
- Drive significant technical initiatives by helping define, design, and implement scalable solutions.
- Contribute to architectural standards and patterns, including microservices, event-driven architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Clean Architecture.
- Support the evolution of hybrid development strategies involving traditional engineering approaches and low-code solutions.
- Design and implement integrations, automations, and critical system workflows while ensuring data reliability, traceability, and integrity.
- Identify technical risks, architectural bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.
- Support team growth through code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Improve application quality through better observability, maintainability, and technical standards.
