Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, and MCP Servers.
- Proven track record building and deploying production AI/ML systems.
- Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI approaches.
- Strong proficiency with Python or another major AI/ML language.
- Ability to work effectively in polyglot environments.
- Experience building products from 0→1 with high autonomy.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows and AI-powered products.
- Design and deliver production-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive initiatives end-to-end.
- Mentor engineers and help elevate the team's AI capabilities.
- Contribute to the evolution of AI standards, patterns, and engineering practices.
- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions in a polyglot environment.
- Promote strong collaboration and transparent communication across teams.
- Influence the technical direction and AI culture of the organization.
