Requirements
- Proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
- Strong understanding of API design, authentication, queues, and webhooks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure including GCP and Cloudflare.
- Ability to manage observability and diagnose system performance or latency issues.
- Proven capability to provide architectural context and steer AI-assisted implementation workflows.
- Expertise in hardening and testing output generated by AI agents.
- Experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as solutions engineering or onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Direct AI agents as your primary workforce to break down complex problems and achieve implementation perfection.
- Validate architectural, security, and performance decisions generated by AI agents for secure payment systems.
- Translate customer requirements into functional APIs, automations, integrations, and deployment plans.
- Manage end-to-end customer technical onboarding from initial discovery through production deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues including networking, permissions, DNS, auth, and data flow reliability.
- Synthesize customer feedback and lessons into improved product tooling, documentation, and reusable playbooks.
