Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in conducting stakeholder interviews and translating operational workflows into structured documentation.
- Strong ability to document business rules, requirements, scope decisions, and feature dependencies.
- Experience evaluating software platforms and classifying features by priority (MVP, post-MVP, etc.).
- Strong workshop facilitation skills to drive scoping and decision-making.
- Experience supporting roadmap planning, MVP definition, and financial modeling.
- Comfortable working with GitHub and Markdown-based documentation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for working directly with stakeholders.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Familiarity with subscription-based membership, fitness, or multi-location operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured stakeholder interviews with operations staff, club managers, and power users.
- Coordinate with field research activities to capture on-the-ground club operations and user workflows.
- Complete a module-by-module feature inventory of the existing platform with MVP classification.
- Document business rules and workflows for membership, billing, POS, and club access systems.
- Facilitate MVP scoping workshops to define in-scope and out-of-scope functionality.
- Provide inputs for roadmap planning, operational cost assessment, and ROI modeling.
- Map feature dependencies for pilot locations.
- Present findings and assessment documentation to business stakeholders.
