Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments.
- Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, and tools.
- Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating mockups and sketches.
- Experience with SQL.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and UML.
- Experience with Google Workspace tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects and initiatives.
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking purposes.
- Collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.
- Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation for product features.
- Identify and address gaps in current products and processes.
- Work with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products.
- Provide technical support to internal sales, operations, and partner engineering teams.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring post-integration of solutions.
- Create technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, and training materials.
- Manage internal knowledge transfer and conduct product demonstrations.
