Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in regulatory change, risk, or treasury.
- Strong understanding of IT delivery and BA artefacts in Agile and/or waterfall environments.
- Working knowledge of liquidity regulatory policies.
- Experience in Treasury or Liquidity Risk processes, reporting, governance, and controls.
- Proven experience in financial modelling.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience producing documentation for senior audiences.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for senior management packs.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and mapping, including source-to-target and data lineage.
- Experience with NFR/controls and audit evidence traceability.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, validate and document business, functional and non-functional requirements aligned to liquidity regulatory policies.
- Produce BA deliverables such as BRDs, FRDs, epics, user stories, and process maps.
- Facilitate workshops and working groups across business, technology and control functions.
- Support testing and business validation, including UAT planning, defect triage and business sign-off.
- Partner with Liquidity Risk and policy owners to ensure requirements and controls align to regulatory expectations.
- Prepare high-quality governance packs, executive summaries, and decision papers.
- Maintain clear PowerPoint presentations to distil complex topics into actionable insights.
