- Experience in operations, project management, business analysis, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Rotate across business areas to understand workflows, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Investigate operational issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Build internal tools and automated workflows that reduce repetitive manual tasks.
- Create, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and efficient operations.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives from initial problem discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new solutions are practical, effective, and successfully integrated.
- Continuously review existing processes and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.
