Rotate across business areas to understand workflows, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
Investigate operational issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Build internal tools and automated workflows that reduce repetitive manual tasks.
Create, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and efficient operations.
Lead operational improvement initiatives from initial problem discovery through implementation and adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new solutions are practical, effective, and successfully integrated.
Continuously review existing processes and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.
