Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Finance Transformation or ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion and/or Oracle EBS.
- Experience gathering business requirements and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Practical experience with SIT/UAT planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English (C1).
- Qualified accountant familiar with IFRS reporting standards.
- Relevant technical degree in accounting or financial disciplines.
- Experience in finance transformation/change programs in banking.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders and implementation partners to validate solution design.
- Support system configuration, data analysis, and finance process transformation.
- Prepare and execute SIT and UAT, ensuring successful delivery and business sign-off.
- Drive business analysis activities and support project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Interpret and document business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Devise and articulate clear activity plans for senior management approval.
- Monitor development progress and ensure timely delivery of core deliverables.
- Support project documentation and status updates.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and integration testing as required.
