Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7-10+ years of experience in project management.
- Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- Deep interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with C-Suite executives.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Smartsheet experience (preferred).
- PMP certification (preferred).
- MBA (preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Project manage the deployment of Oracle HCM for client companies.
- Lead client engagement as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage ArcLight customer teams through the full project lifecycle.
- Oversee budget, resource forecasting, and weekly financial management.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to optimize delivery models and project efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the client organization, including executive management.
- Communicate effectively to task internal/external teams, manage scope, execute change requests, and mitigate risks.
