Job Details

7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, enterprise, or mission-driven environments.
Deep expertise hiring Sales professionals in public sector, defense, financial institutions, crypto, blockchain, DeFi, fintech, compliance, or cybersecurity.
Proven outbound sourcing ability to engage, nurture, and close passive candidates.
Experience partnering with senior go-to-market leaders to define hiring strategy and calibrate profiles.
Strong command of pipeline metrics and conversion data.
Ability to balance multiple searches while prioritizing high-impact roles in a quota-like environment.
Persuasive and credible communication style to influence senior stakeholders and candidates.
Excellent judgment regarding candidate quality and motivation.
Proven experience diagnosing funnel challenges and driving outcomes.
Demonstrated applied AI fluency to accelerate workflows and improve output.

Build and own high-velocity talent pipelines for priority Sales roles across public sector, defense, financial institutions, and crypto.
Manage the recruiting funnel from top-of-funnel sourcing through to offer close.
Act as a trusted closer by overcoming objections and driving offer acceptance.
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns for passive candidate engagement.
Partner with hiring managers as a deal team to align on strategy, profiles, and priorities.
Serve as a talent advisor providing insights on market dynamics and compensation expectations.
Optimize recruiting performance using data and feedback to improve funnel health.
