Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in crypto, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies.
- Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics.
- Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver actionable solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail in regulatory and investigative contexts.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional influence skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, trainings, or events.
- Applied AI fluency to accelerate workflows and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to regulators, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to maximize platform effectiveness.
- Explain complex technical and investigative concepts to support customer teams with blockchain data and case building.
- Build and deliver product demonstrations tailored to compliance officers, analysts, and risk teams.
- Conduct structured training sessions in English and Mandarin to embed TRM into customer workflows.
- Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' to channel feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Monitor engagement and usage trends to proactively mitigate churn risk.
- Establish engagement cadence to align on institutional priorities and emerging regulatory risks.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Directors to drive revenue retention targets.
